How are AdaptSage and AdaptSHSAT related?
AdaptSage is the company and the engine. AdaptSHSAT is our first product, built on that engine for the NYC Specialized High Schools Admissions Test. Students and parents can sign up at adaptshsat.com.
Is AdaptSage only for test prep?
No. Test prep is where we started because the stakes are high and results are easy to measure. The engine works for any subject where reasoning can be checked, including other exams, certifications and job skills.
How is this different from other adaptive learning tools?
Most adaptive tools only change how hard the questions are. We also track the specific mistake you keep making and pick questions that target it.
How do you handle student data?
We use it to personalize practice and to report progress to the student and the adults linked to them. Read the privacy policy and children's privacy notice.
