The short version: this website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell your information. If you send us a message, we use what you wrote to reply to you. That's it.
This policy covers adaptsage.com only. Our product AdaptSHSAT has its own Privacy Policy and Children's Privacy Notice, which cover student accounts and practice data.
Who we are
AdaptSage ("AdaptSage", "we", "us") builds adaptive learning products, including AdaptSHSAT. You can reach us about this policy at [email protected].
What we collect
Information you give us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, the role you select (for example, parent or school) and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like almost every website, our hosting and network providers process technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you requested and the time of the request. They use it to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use this information to identify you.
Cookies. This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. Our network provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to block malicious traffic.
How we use it

- To keep the website running, secure and working correctly.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
We don't sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to build marketing profiles.
Services we use
We rely on a few providers who process information on our behalf, only to deliver this website and our email:
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Cloudflare provides our domain, security and email forwarding.
- Formspree receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, so your browser connects to Google's servers to load them.
These providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up conversation, then delete them. Our providers keep technical logs for limited periods under their own policies.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you've sent us by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor requests we're required to.
Children
This website is meant for parents, educators, partners and other adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it. Students who use AdaptSHSAT are covered by that product's Children's Privacy Notice.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, and we limit who can access messages sent to us. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as passwords or payment details through the contact form.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we'll point it out on the homepage.
